De Kiraal AURA smartwatch combineert een strak, slank ontwerp met optimaal draagcomfort. If the items received do not meet your expectations, we offer you the opportunity to return them within 14 days of receipt. Please accompany the return shipment with the corresponding invoice or order confirmation. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the inability to process your return request.

For a refund or exchange options, the returned product must be in unaltered condition, including tags and labels attached, and free from any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion of already use or external damage beyond our responsibility.

In cases where technical support is required or there is a defect, we kindly request that you first contact our customer service via info@kiraal.nl .

In the event that the item is still in its original seal, we even allow returns up to 30 days after receipt. For such situations, we kindly request that you contact us first.

A simple returns process in 3 steps:

Step 1: Obtain a return label

Step 2: Submit your order

Send the items together with the order number to the address stated on the return label. Please make sure the package is well packed. As the sender, you are responsible for the package.

Step 3: Refund to your bank account

After we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5-10 working days.

Important: Always send your return to the return address via our shipping partner. However, if you plan to purchase a return label yourself, please let us know so that we can expect the shipment.

If the return shipment is sent to a different address, we will not process it. The same applies to shipments without track and trace, we do not guarantee this.
