What a great service. At the moment it was a bit busy at customer service (holidays), so it took a little longer before I got in touch. Unfortunately I ordered a smartwatch but it was too old for my phone. After the problem was discovered, they exchanged my old smartwatch for a newer one. I am very satisfied with this company. Very good experiences so far. Nice product for the money. The ideal solution if you are not allowed to look at or use your phone during my work. This way you stay informed about what your phone reports and whether you still have to respond despite everything. Delivery 1 day later but no problem with that that can happen and I was kept well informed. I also requested information, great with the quick response back. After several email exchanges without results, it was decided to schedule a telephone appointment. The Kiraal employee took all the time, but the problem was not resolved at first. Sending a new clock was the solution, it works perfectly and fully meets my expectations. I can only say that Kiraal Service should/should be written in capital letters. I sent 1 email to which I quickly received a response with a link to order the correct cable.
